Blog #6

This image, although it is just a picture of street signs it can be useful to explain the general direction of my paper. The street sign is of Wall Street, heavily employed with those who attended the top universities. The "one way" signs, one pointing in the direction of Wall Street and the other in the opposite direction is what is significant to my paper. The one track mind students in Ivy Leagues have to maintain their status of overwhelming wealth and sense of entitlement which leads them right in a one way path to elite jobs like Wall Street, where the salary is incredibly large. The other "one way" sign can be described as all those students who are just as smart but not as fortunate to be able to attend elite schools more or less for lacking the funds to do so. They reside in state schools, schools that Wall Street recruiters don't even bother going to, hence why their sign leads them in another direction that is not Wall Street or any elite job for that matter.
